White Chapel, Richardson Texas

White Chapel is part of The Fairways of Sherill Park.

The Fairways of Sherrill Park HOA is the only mandatory homeowner’s Association in the City of Richardson managed by volunteers. The time and energy of these volunteers helps keep the annual HOA dues at a very reasonable $260.00. All fees collected are used directly for the benefit of the residents. Members of the Board of Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting held each February for a term of two years. The Board meetings are held, the first Monday of each month and all residents are invited to attend. A list of the meetings can be found on the Newsletter page of the website. Homeowners are encouraged to get involved in the HOA. The neighborhood hosts an annual Easter Egg Hunt, Fourth of July Parade, and other neighborhood activities.

The Fairways of Sherrill Park is located adjacent to Richardson’s Sherrill Park Golf Course. The 280 homes are located in Collin County. The children go to the schools in the Plano Independent School District. The community is located near North Central Expressway , the George Bush Turnpike, and DART (railway).
