University Estates North, Richardson Texas

University Estates North is an established Richardson, Texas neighborhood. The community is in a great location (right near Campbell & Plano Rd., just East of Central Expressway) with Exemplary Award Winning Elementary schools in the Richardson School District.

There is a voluntary Homeowners Association which goes towards beautification of the community (flowers planted at the entrance of the neighborhood in the Spring and Fall), and neighborhood activities such as: Easter Egg Hunt, Holiday Season Party, Flag Day Parade, etc... there are also Crime Watch Events, and the HOA does holiday decorations such as lights in the entrance & decorations on the street signs. They also have a quarterly newletter called "The Buzz to keep residents informed of what is going around in the area.
