The Enclave of Breckinridge is a gated community in Richardson, Texas. The Enclave of Breckinridge is a friendly neighborhood for busy homeowners who desire low maintenance living located just east of George Bush Turnpike and close to Hwy. 75. The community consists of 86 single-family homes built mostly by Grand Homes adjacent to Richardson’s 357 acre Breckenridge Park and in the highly acclaimed Plano school district. It is also just a short drive from both Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard.

The Enclave of Breckinridge is next to Breckinridge Park, which consists of 357 acres of rolling hills and ponds. It includes three pavilions, 29 picnic tables, 11 benches, 16 soccer fields, playground equipment, a 10 acre lake, over 4 miles of walking trails, restrooms, native wildflowers and wildlife. Our homeowners enjoy the park throughout the year during sporting events, concerts and walking or biking for fun and exercise. The fantastic 4th of July fireworks show can be seen from our own common creek area.
