Marlborough Square, Richardson Texas

Marlborough Square is a quiet community in an established Richardson neighborhood with mature tree-lined streets. It is located East of Central Expressway, on the Southeast corner of Plano Rd. and Spring Valley Rd; within minutes to shopping and entertainment & the Telecom Corridor and just a short commute to Downtown Dallas.

The Marlborough Square neighborhood has a voluntary Homeowners Association: (MSHA- Marlborough Square Neighborhood Association). The MSNA serves to preserve and improve the community, home values and neighborhood safety for 180 homes bordered by Plano Road, Spring Valley, St. Johns and Potomac. The neighborhood attends highly rated Richardson schools: Berkner High School, Liberty Middle School, and Springridge Elementary School.
