College Park, Richardson Texas

College Park is an established neighborhood in Richardson, TX. The College Park Neighborhood Association (CPNA) is bordered by Hillsdale on the north, Annapolis on the east, Centennial on the south, and Bowser on the west.

The neighborhood consists of 344 homes. Many of the homes in the community are custom homes. The neighborhood has convenient access to DART rail and major Freeways (Central Expressway and LBJ), the Telecom Corridor, and major shopping. The community is associated with the prestigious Richardson Independent School District: Exemplary Harben Elementary School. The association welcomes all volunteers to any committee of interest.
