Clear Springs Place is a nice community in Richardson, Texas with single family homes built in the late 1980's to early 1990's. It is located between Lookout Dr. and Renner Rd., just West of the George Bush Turnpike. It is near Crowley Park with trails, picnic areas and playgrounds. The Clear Springs Place neighborhood consists of Zero Lot Line patio homes, which make it nice for low maintenance. The mandatory HOA costs include: Pool, Hot tub, clubhouse and complete front yard maintenance.
