Richardson, Texas Entertainment Venues

Richardson is home to the Charles W. Eiseman Center for Performing Arts; located near the Galatyn Park DART station on the East side of U.S. Highway 75.  The Eiseman Center is a performance hall with 3 venues:

  • The 1,608 seat Margaret and Al Hill Performance Hall
  • 3,150 square feet of meeting and banquet space
  • A 368 seat adaptable theatre

The Eiseman Center is also home to the annual Wildflower! Arts and Music Festival.

Items of Interest in Richardson, Texas

Since 1956 Texas Instruments has been an important employer for Richardson and helped start what is now the University of Texas at Dallas. In 2006 Texas Instruments completed a new manufacturing plant in Richardson, close to the University of Texas at Dallas, that will make analog chips. The plant is also LEED certified.
